Thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, these luxury travel apartments are the ideal blend of urban living and elevated timeless design.

Centrally located just two blocks away from Riverfront Park, The Convention Center, and countless local cafés, shops, and restaurants.

  • There are eight total 1 bedroom units. Average size is around 750 square feet. Sleeps two in bed, and one on the couch.

  • There are four total 2 bedrooms. Average size is around 1100 square feet. Sleeps four in beds, and one on the couch.

    Riverfront Park and the Spokane Convention center is located just 2 blocks away.

  • 1.) There is 2-hour street parking. We recommend street-parking to drop off your things, then continuing to:

    2.) The Davenport Grand Self-Parking Garage for ~$25/day.

    The entrance is located on Washington St on the right-hand side.

    3.) There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building that's available evenings after 4pm and weekends for around $2/hour

The Marjorie

Perfectly located in heart of downtown Spokane, you'll find everything you may need in this suite for traveling professionals, couples, and families alike.

These newly renovated apartments feature 13ft exposed ceilings, urban-chic design, and all the comforts you'd find at home.

Enjoy your stay by exploring the local scene, or relax in your fully stocked apartment.

  • There are several different unit configurations. 9/10 of the units are 1 bedrooms. (NOTE: the bedroom is more of a ‘nook’ with no door.)

  • Each unit has a queen bed that sleeps two. 9/10 units have a sofa-bed that folds out to a queen mattress.

    Known for its proximity to the business district of downtown, while not sacrificing on the accessibility to trendy shops, cafes, and bars in the area.

    Located above the stellar Wave Sushi Bar and Grill, and the Tidal Wave Cafe serving breakfast, boba, coffee, smoothies and more!

    Some of our favorites include Indaba Coffee Cafe, Revival Tea Company Lounge, or Method Juice Bar which all offer cozy urban spaces to relax with friends, or to bring your laptop and get some work done!

  • 1.) There is 2 hour street parking. We recommend street-parking to drop off your things, then continuing on to:

    2.) The Bank of America Garage. The facility is a covered parking garage with the entrance conveniently located on the corner of 1st Street and Howard Avenue. It's rates are $15 a day (with monthly rates available) it is the dark gray parkade with the blue "Public Parking" sign is located diagonally across the street.

    3.) Diamond parking lots are located near the building for about $15 for 10 hours.

    4.) Street meters are free between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and on Sundays and Federal Holidays.

    5.) Valet parking at the Davenport parking garage is located 2 blocks to the West.

The Lilac City Lofts

Expansive 2-bedroom. 2-bath apartments in downtown Spokane. Featuring exposed brick, 13ft exposed wood-beam ceilings, and large kitchen/living spaces with high-end appliances & finishes.

  • There are 4 separate apartments available. All located on the second floor. There is no elevator located in the building.

  • Each unit has a King bed, Queen bed, and either a sofa-bed or air mattress to sleep 6 total.

  • The address is 415 W Sprauge Ave.

    Riverfront Park and downtown is a quick and easy 5-minute walk away. Feel free to stop in any of the trendy restaurants and cafes you'll find on the way.
