SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

These SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) govern the Roav Retreats text messaging program.

By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://roavretreats.com/privacy-policy.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Roav Retreats SMS Alerts program (“the Program”) sends text messages to customers and prospects who have given prior express consent.

Messages may include:

• Appointment, booking, and scheduling reminders

• Account, order, and service updates

• Customer-care follow-ups and two-way support replies

• Promotional offers, events, and marketing messages (only where you have separately consented to marketing texts)

Messages are sent by or on behalf of Roav Retreats from our business phone number(s) or short code.

The Program is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided, or that you are authorized to enroll that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any good or service.

HOW TO OPT IN Y

ou may enroll by one of the following methods, where offered:

• Completing a web form or checkout checkbox that discloses the Program and requires an affirmative opt-in (not a pre-checked box)

• Texting a published keyword (such as JOIN or START) to our business number •

Providing written or verbal consent that we record at the time of enrollment

MESSAGE FREQUENCY Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages. Typical volume is approximately 1 messages per week, and may increase around bookings, appointments, or promotions. Exact frequency depends on your relationship with us and the type of messages you consented to receive. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

STOP INSTRUCTIONS (OPT-OUT)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send one SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. You may also opt out by contacting us at bnb@roavstays.com or [phone number]. If you want to join again later, sign up the same way you did the first time, or text START to our number where that option is offered.

HELP INSTRUCTIONS

If you are experiencing issues with the Program, reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also get help by emailing bnb@roavstays.com, or calling [phone number].

CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates) are not responsible or liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The Program should be available on most major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and device. Not all services are available on all carriers.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. COST

The Program is provided free by Roav Retreats. Standard message and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier. Check your plan with your wireless provider.

CHANGES

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If the Program is discontinued, we may send a final notice where required.
