Casa De Vistas
Calm in its overall design and natural textural elements, Casa De Vistas allows the surrounding nature to be showcased throughout the house. Known as Southern California’s most storied resort oasis, and surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and palm trees galore, Palm Desert has long been associated with travel and adventure.
We are in the perfect location to get away from it all, while not being too far - it’s only 15 minutes from El Paseo, walking / hiking paths - all just 30 minutes away from Palm Springs. Check-in, take a soak in the jacuzzi, cozy up next to the fire in the living room in the winter months , or lounge on the outdoor patio with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in hand.

We’ve been able to create the perfect space for our guests to enjoy by completely remodeling the entire interior & exterior spaces of the home.
This is Sydney Holliday, our designer’s, flagship project. She’s lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnbs) all over the world, and know just what guests are looking for. We can’t wait to host your stay at Casa De Vistas.
Amenities
Guests will enjoy full access to the property’s 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, to its outdoor bbq/living/dining patio - all of which feature modern yet cozy touches.
Encompassing 2000 sq ft, influenced by California casual design and organic modern touches, the interior finishings are curated to give a bright and calming feel to the property.
The main living space features an open floor plan, soaring ceilings with kitchen, dining a cozy living room, and a recessed bar area with an ice-maker, and wine cooler.
The Space
There are 3 bedrooms, each with a King sized Helix Sleep Midnight Cooling mattress. The bedroom closest to the entryway has a twin day bed + trundle.
We use high thread-count Mellanni sheets (a great Amazon find!) that have a silky smooth texture.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55inch Smart TV with streaming services provided.
Each room has room darkening shades/shutters, and a wireless charging station for 2 devices. In the warmer summer months we have portable fans to keep the room comfortable.
Sleeps
The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, tea-kettle, stovetop moka espresso pot, Ninja coffee/tea maker (pot or single serve) , toaster, and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs'.
William Sonoma dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more.
We also provide a spice drawer, salt and pepper. Plus other cooking supplies oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.

Washrooms
Two of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom. One being the large master bathroom with his & her sinks, and additional closet storage.
The other bedroom closest to the entryway is directly across from common bathroom.
Each bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower.
We also provide complimentary super-soft robes from Parachute home for our guest to enjoy.
All bathrooms are stocked with sustainable toiletries from Public Goods.
While taking-in the desert sunrise enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the tranquil pond on the golf course. Or cheers a glass of wine watching the sunset over the San Jacinto Mountain range. Make the most of your getaway by grilling your favorite foods on the BBQ, but don't forget to simply kick back and relax by the propane fire-pit. The pool/jacuzzi are just steps away, and are shared with our neighbors. . However, the community has 45 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves!
Outdoor living
We have a driveway and a two car garage. The garage and the driveway can both fit two smaller sized vehicles (although it would be a bit snug!)

The laundry room features the state-of-the-art LG WashTower stacked washer & dryer.
We provide washing detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board, iron, and other essentials for doing laundry during your stay with us.
You’ll find a stock of pool towels, and other consumables that you can restock during your stay.

Take your pick of card games, or read some interesting literature. Tune into the our great selection of vinyl records on our turntable, or level-up your music experience with our wireless Sonos system throughout the common area of the house.
